DO NOT LIVE HERE! Management is unwilling to work with lessees. Don’t sign- go somewhere else in Athens. Cannot believe the arrogance of this organization and their unwillingness to satisfy their most loyal tenants! They’re nice when they give you a walk though before you sign, but as soon as you sign that lease, they own you Buddy and you better plan on kissing that deposit goodbye! I didn’t get one cent back. Screw them!
