Review for Bromsgrove Apartments

The pro's:
* Very close to campus
* Relatively quiet
* Maintenance is done fast, usually
* Cheap
* Free WiFi (but, speeds fluctuate, and is unsuitable for online gaming or peer to peer)

Con's:
* Staff is downright hostile to tenants (tried to rip off a neighbor by billing for repair work that was not his fault, lots of other little things that add up)
* Lease contains spelling & grammar errors, and some clauses exceed what's allowed by Georgia State Law
* Adjacent to the projects, unsightly razor-wire fence separates it though
* Only 1 parking permit for both tenants to share (no need for this though, the parking lot is half empty all the time)
* Amenities are lacking. 70's linoleum & appliances. Cheapest of cheap office style carpet


Bottom line: Not worth the hassle of the staff unless you don't have a car. Then your options are pretty limited anyway, and the price makes BG a winner.
