Review for Kristopher Woods Apartments

I lived there for 3 years and had no issues with Management or the staff. Very nice and always speak. The ONLY thing that I didn't like were my neighbors. Most of them are rude and don't have any consideration for you. If they want to stop in the middle of the street and talk, they would do it. I lived by the mailbox. So just about everyone would park their car right in the middle of the street and would sit there and read their mail right there. No consideration that other people lived in the apartments by the mailboxes. If they want to have conversations by the mailbox they will. They will not move their cars. And if they see you trying to get by to park your car, they don't even blink an eye. This is the only reason why I moved. I couldn't take the rudeness of my neighbors. And most of the parents just let their kids just run all over the place. Its very hard to drive and a kid just walks or runs in front of the car.

I was very quiet and never caused an issue. I loved my apartment. Nothing ever was broken and if it was something, they were very prompt in getting it fixed. My hats off to the Maintenance staff. And if I had a package that was to be delivered they were kind enough to put it inside my apartment. I loved them for that.
