Review for Charlestown Townhouse Apartments

I recently just moved to Georgia so I decided to rent an apartment without really doing alot of research. Charlestown looks great in the day time and on your first visit. But at night...they shoot, rob, and fight. The people there have no respect for each other. Hardly no one is employed that lives there. So the few people that do work have their homes broken into while they are at work. There are alot of children that have no respect for other people's property so they mess with your car because few people have cars that live out there. There are alot of water leak problems that maintenance refuses to fix. The ROACHES are what put the icing on the cake. It seems as if they are immune to the Orkin that comes EVERY wednesday. Not to mention they can only spray like 12 apartments a week therefore if you get sprayed and your neighbor doesn't...then you still have roaches. The apartment is so old that the floor boards are about to come through my living room ceiling from the upstairs bedroom. They repaint over everything so when you first move in your doors and cabinets don't work. Just don't move there because there's lots more wrong with this property.
