The Villages have been taken over by a new management group and it is terrible. They do not complete work orders in a timely fashion nor are the office staff cordial. I can't wiat till my lease ends. As well there are break-ins and young children being disruptive throughout the property.

I live there and love it. I even went to a College Park Police meeting the other day and there hasn't even been a call to the police from The Village in over 3 months. It is quiet and the new management seems to be doing a bunch of positive stuff. I can't wait to renew for another year or two.
