Review for Campus Point Apartments

My daughter rented this apt for 11/2 years. When she had her 20th birthday party. The management company Pickering and Company. They informed her that "Management Request to Vacate" because she had more than 5 people in her apt and that it was against the fire code for gainesville, ga, hall county. There had NEVER been a complaint in the full year and a half that she lived there, neither had she been later or missed a rental payment. Kiki Anderson, manager stated in addition to the eviction she would place on my/daughter's credit an eviction.....All because of a "FIRE CODE"? These people are CRAZY!!!!!
