I have been living in the Enclave for almost 6 months now and the only good thing I really have to say about it is thank goodness it has a pool. We have been waiting 5 months for repairs that were put in on our move in date, out gym has been closed for almost 3 months now, the mailboxes are so old you can pry them open with a fingernail file, NOISE NOISE NOISE.....and to make it worse, the cops show up randomly at ny place saying they were told WE were having a party. Most of these time we were sound asleep when they got there. Management is RUDE!!!!!!!! I have gotten the "it will be taken care of" or "let me get your number and ill call you right back" speech a million times, yet still nothing. I have had to resort to calling the corprate manager in JACKSONVILLE FL! Hopefully this will get us somewhere.
