The Worthing Company manages Palmetto Place Apartments in Fort Mill, SC. From the moment they took over the complex, water bills got messed up, fees were charged that were supposed to be covered, security contracts were cancelled without tenants knowledge (resulting in the tenant paying for a non-existent service), and they went through 4 managers in a year. I thought things couldn't get worse than they were under the old management, but I was proven wrong.
