I rented a ashley lake and I had a wonderful stay for 3 years I had a child and I felt safe the parking was good the appearence of prperty was always kept clean office staff outstanding maintance very good but I never needed them. condition of unit the best apartment I ever had, noise a little loud when I got a bad neibor but they did not stay long. over all great
