Review for Centennial Ridge Apartments

On June 19 my family and I were verbally harass, by a man that didn’t even leave in the complex, now let me explain this complex call it self a gated community, but yet thugs like this man can get in, I was going in at the gate when this gentleman come flying in behind me to try to beat the gate as the gate close it almost hit his car, he pulled in front of me and block my car, than he rolled down his window ad started cussing at me for going through the gate to slow and the gate almost hitting his car, I wrote his license plate down to turn him in, than he presided to follow me to my apartment as my wife was getting y 2 year out of the car he presided to get out of his car and got in my face, now this is in plain day light and in front of a 2 year old, he got in my face and begin to cuss and tell me how he would be whooping my A$# and I had no idea how I was FU$%#@ with and if wanted to he could make me disappear.

Another resident told him to leave and let it go, he left as soon as he did I went to the office and notified of what had happen they call the police and a police report was filed in front of the managing staff and we were told by the property director that we could leave if we wanted to for about for weeks I looked for another job so we could moved back to Alabama, I finally found one about 5 weeks after the incident I went down to the apartment office and told that I was now ready to moved.

The lady that help file the police report, said, “you took to long to move so we are not waiving any lease fees and by the way the police report you claim you file we have never receive a copy” and I said you were standing right there when we did it and she had face to say I do not remember that, WHAT A BIG BOL FACE LIE, this people are unbelievable on top of that they want me to pay $6,000.00 to break the lease and I only have 3 months left and also after the incident happened on numerous times I heard knock on my door from 2 to 3 am, and nothing was ever done about it.

When I told them at the office about someone knocking on my door at 2:00 am they said well why don’t you answer the door, at 2:00 am are you kidding me are this people for real……..

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS NOT WORTH LEAVING HERE.
