Review for Gables Wood Crossing Apartments

The management dont care about the tenants, all they care about is renting units. The apartment I was showed was nothing like the model apartment, carpet need to be replaced and they are not willing to replace. The appliances are outdated and dont work, I have complained several times maintenance came to look at it but it wasn't replaced. Lately there has been a lot of criminal activity. Criminals bringing stolen cars to the apartment complex. I am told they is alos drug activity going on in the complex, not a safe place at all. Damage to cars. This building also has a pest problem - bugs and roaches. Moving in rent was pretty cheap but upon renewal they tried to raise my rent more than $100, this place is not worth it. Another note about management they tell you things at the very last minute example they have a schedule when the pest control company will spray the entire building, but they may not tell you that they are coming out until hours before they are scheduled to come in your apartment. You have to clean out the cabinets for the best treatment but if you donr do it because they didnt give yu enough notice they say it is your fault and dont call them for at least three weeks saying you need your apartment exterminated. Also management have changed several times and I have been here less than two years.
