Review for Concord Chase Apartments

This place was absolutely horrible! The only good thing I could say was the floor layout was very spacious and rent was cheap. But of course you get what you pay for...
Paper thin walls and more roaches then anyone should every see in LIFE! They spray like every Thurs but it doesnt matter b/c they're in the walls and under the carpet and in all the appliances. When we first moved in we would go threw about 2 1/2 cans a week! We managed to get it down to about 3cans a month.
So many roaches omg! I cant stress that enough. Our vacuum was filled with them! And it's...and I'm not trying to be racist but all hispanics over there. All the letters you get from the office are written in spanish first then english. That was a first for me.

I will say the roaches wern't really in the bed rooms mostly just the kitchen b/c that was the joining point of the apartments. I would see bags of trash in our neighbors house. Guess they didnt mind the bugs
We tapped up all the cracks in the cabinets but they were all over the stove. So glad when we moved
Don't do it to yourself unless you want nightmares for years to come about roaches....eww! Still freaks me out to think about it
