Nice Looking, But Awful Management.

If you can deal with scum bag management, then this is the place for you. The apartments look great and the price is good, but the fees, the service of the maintanence staff, and the girls in the office leave something definately to be desired. I have live here 3 months and have yet to have someone fix our alarm system or our dishwasher (which was broken the day we moved in). Also, the pet fee is OUTRAGEOUS! And they try to charge you miscellaneous fees for anything they possibly can. Just about once a week they post notes on your door telling you of something new that you are no longer allowed to do. I assure you that once my lease is up, I am NOT renewing it.
