Review for Hamptons Townhouse Apartments

These apartments are very nice on the inside (very very nice). They were built with quality and even though it's well used, things pretty much have held up. From what I gather though, there are some problems with the roofs....and the replacement roofs over the patios were built on a budget and are falling apart. Other than that? The apartment (inside) is nice. It has six panel doors, crown molding, lots of room and space--nice patios. But once you leave the inside of the place, it drastically changes. The pool area looks like slobs live there and I watched the trash can fill up in early summer and not get emptied until the pool closed in September. Pure nastiness. The neighboring kids come in and use the pool and run the tenants out with their rudeness.

I had a couple of things stolen off of my patio but I take responsibility for not having them "chained" down. The worst part of the WHOLE place is the management. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY useless. She is never there and when she is there she ignores you or snaps back in defense at any and every request. She rarely gets maintenance to fix ithings and when he does get around to fixing it, it's a week later. The upstairs gets very hot and the a/c units have a hard time keeping the upstairs cooled in the summer. They units are too small for the big apartment. If the same apartment was located somewhere else in town - maintained by a different company - then it would be perfect. But what they have going on now is pathetic and totally and completely useless.

The gym equipment is a joke. Does any of it work?

If all you need is a place to rest your head - it might work for you, but certainly not to make any sort of long term commitment. $700+ dollars for this place is just too much for what you get.
