Review for Lexington Farm Apartments

I have lived in this complex for about 5 years now. In the beginning I loved the fact that the neighborhood was quite and had many fammilies living here. Over the years due to high turn over (as I used to think the managers were fired, but I later learned that they were promoted-so this complex is kind of like the guinea pig trial complex for the compant)we have seen many new faces-no so bright- in the office and the community and complex have gone down. Equity will hire anyone, you do not have to know how to read, write, add, subract, or know anything for that matter, in order to be an employee. Also, when they hire trash, trash moves in the trash. So many of my neighbors have gone from fun loving parents, well-behaved children, & all around good people to people throwing pool parties-regardless of what time it is, super bad kids and there even more unintelligent parents, people that like to have public altercation for what ever reason, and a bunch of dog owners that NEVER PICK UP behind their pets!!! I used to love my apartment, but now its turning into a small prison cell! Also, with the recession, you can rent houses & condos in this area for the same amount in rent here!
