Review for Wellington At Windward Apartments

I have lived here for awhile there and let me tell you, I am SO GLAD my lease is up. First of all There are HUGE Cockroaches EVERYWHERE. I can't even tell you how many times I have been freaked out because of it... My apartment has ALWAYS been spotless, so there is NO EXCUSE for bugs. Secondly About 6 Months ago my toilet was broken so I put in a work order, and it took them a week to come out and fix it. What a FUN WEEK THAT WAS! They came to clean my carpet once and did not notify me that they were coming, so I had made plans to have guests over that night with a wet floor... Very entertaining. Thirdly, there are Nothing but Mexicans and Hindus living there, and most of which cannot speak english... I was awakened one night about 11:30 by an angry indian neighbor who was yelling at me in foreign tounge for supposedly scratching his car, when my car was not even parked remotely close to him. This really scared me.. On top of that the mexicans swim in their street clothes and put the babies in the pools with the diapers on... I dont even go to the pool anymore. Another thing is the thuggy thug kids who hang out in the parking lot.... They scratched the heck out of my new car, and I told the office and they knew of other people this had happened to. This was my first apartment home living on my own, and I surely hope that I have a better experience in my new apartment....
