Review for The Exchange Apartments

I don't know what this person is talking about. I live on the first floor and never have an issue. However, I do keep my apartment clean and my patio door closed. My experience with the staff has been wonderful, they have handled my issues professionally and quickly. They are right about the pool, it is fabulous! As for the gates, yes, they malfunction sometimes. I've lived in other gated communities where this is an issue as well. I can safely assume anywhere that is gated might experience technical difficulties with the gates, nothing mechanical ever works ALL time, forever, especially when people hit the gates (which I have personally witnessed)! Why would you want to do that to your car? I don't play basketball, so I don't really care if the lights are on at night or not. But, wouldn't that be a disturbance to the apartments around the court to hear the players and ball bouncing and lights shining through the windows? I think so, I prefer quiet when I sleep. Over all, I love this place, especially compared to the last place I lived, Abbey West. I'm not even going to go there, you wouldn't have enough time to read it!
