Review for The Exchange Apartments

The maintenance crew and the majority of office staff are incredible helpful, timely, and friendly. However, the property manager as other people have said, is not the best. I worked for the Exchange for a small amount of time, and found that he can be extremely biased with his employees, as well as the way that problems are handled. They are EXTREMELY strict on pets and won't allow anything under a year old, being that they are a new property, and not flexible at all if for some reason you have an issue with rent, a fine, or anything. So if you have a pet or want one, I would stay away. There are better places in Athens for the money that are closer to campus. My apartment on the 3rd floor was also pretty noisy at night, the walls are very thin. And I also have a friend in the same building who also had rats in his apartment. The pool however, is the saving grace of the place. It is truly the best pool in Athens.
