Review for University Apartments On Riverbend Apartments

I would highly recommend not moving here. Management has a complete lack of respect for all of its residents. For Example, I ordered a package and forgot to put my apartment number on the package and they sent it back costing me an extra twenty five dollars, which they would not even attempt to compensate me for, either monetarily or other-wise. Another reason not to move in would be their inability to repair anything you place a work order for. For Example, I have placed two work orders for the ceiling fan in the living room (which just stopped working) and it has not even been touched by them and it has already been 2 months since the first order (yes, I am a current resident) same with the Air Conditioning unit which has been leaking into the apartment for almost 6 months. The place is also constantly infested with roaches, they send a terminator in and then 3 weeks later (you can time it) they are back. The nicest part of this apartment complex it the demo apartment. Oh and the corporate office is not any better at helping out the residents. Again I repeat do not move in here! There’s a reason no one (except me helping out a friend) releases.
