Review for Oak Run Apts Apartments

I lived at OAK Run Apt for two years I have never been so disappointed in my life. Management changed four times, each management team created new rules but never last long enough for them to be enforced. Ex: we were required to get ID tag for the pool. No one ever checked the ID tags so residents/visitors from a nearby hotel came over. Many days it was so crowed it was a safety hazard.
Residents fight and curse very loudly; there is a constant flow of people walking all times of day and night. There is no security or a gate for the apt community so stealing is common even on second floor and in broad day light.
You will the same people standing around when you leave for work (if you are a working resident) standing in the same spot when you come home.
To say Oak Run is Ghetto would be a compliment. Management often asks for referral for friends and family. I have seen one family evicted moved down to the next building with another family member only to be evicted again.
You see the same kids no matter what the weather outside from sun up to sun down. There is a constant turnover rate I have had 3 new neighbors in one year time in the apt next to me.
Oak Run does an excellent job with the landscape but not everything that glitters is gold.
