Downgrading A Previously Lovely Place

new owners/management since 2004 don't even do general maintenance. The outside is filthy. Neighborhood watch, but windows so dirty can see outside that well. buildings covered with mildew, grounds lack maintenance. Some would be renters take a look at the outside and never return. Long time tenants don't get apartments painted or carpet maintenance. This use to be a four start complex. If possible I would give it a zero rating. My health has prevented me from moving. This place is termite and ant infested. The foundation is causing my apartment to have many cracks that are getting larger.
From leaks, I am sure I have black mold in my hallway. I am moving. I like the location and I can afford the rent but I am paying water bills for others. I was gone for 3 weeks during the last billing cycle and my water bill was more than a dollar more than the previous billing cycle. I have a gas stove with pilots that burn constantly. Another reason I stay is because I have neighbors who check on me. But, I think we will all leave at the same time. This is not investment property it is strictly income for the owners.

I find this review totally accurate. Perhaps if they would use the $500 finders fee to rehabilitate this place it would sell its self.
