I liked my apartment until I got the water bill. I live in a one bedroom and my water bill is $20, trash is $5, sewer is $13, and of course a service fee $5. that is $43. I have a friend that lives in a 3 bedroom at adrian and pays 17 dollars for all of it. I wish i would have known, i thought that I was getting a deal, i should have moved to a nicer complex and paid more rent and less water. If it dosen't change I will be moving at the end of my lease.
