Rented: From 2008 To 2009

As a college student and a first time renter (off campus) I love it here. It's not far from my college, quiet, and safe. The office staff knows a lot of the residents and really cares about there living experience here. Anytime something breaks, and I report it the maintenance staff is here usually within two hours and repairs it. Everyone is friendly and the staff even found my friends wallet in the parking lot and knew to call me to come and pick it up and everything was still there!! They also just spent a lot of money upgrading everything and putting money into the grounds. I love it here and will be renewing my lease this week!
