Although the apartments are nice, you must watch your belongings! There are 10 units in my building and all the tenants except 2 have been vandalised/robbed. And their are currently only 5 apartments being occupied in my building. The tenants suspects its maintenance but they say it's the company we keep. Their have been instances of no forced entry, meaning with a key! Who do you believe?
