Review for Jack Hall Housing-Waipahu Apartments

Lets be real, this is a HUD housing project and that is exactly what you get. Maintenance has finally stepped up a tiny bit, but it still lacks in a "Quality of life" environment. You have people that don't reside here in the parking lot partying, drug activity and a few homeless. Rentals! I see alot of unoccupied units that are still in disrepair. Rental process, yeah right, you fill out the application and wait in line. 1.5 yrs to 2 yrs later they contact you after you pass the credit check. I always think thats ironic, HUD housing, credit check. Now that's a new meaning to low-income housing. Security, that's a joke, people party in the parking lot or even on the prooerty but out in the open and you got the security guards being friendly and conversing with these people. After the weekends you'll swear you were in Ft Lauderdale during spring break with all the crap lying around. Renter beware!!!
