Review for Oasis At Waipahu Apartments

Well, ive been here on island for about two years now and never had a problem until i moved off base over here. The first tale-tale sign is a friendly smile from the new staff that works here.However I never had a problem with the old staff they where very friendly and caring for marines and soldiers family.But as I proceed with the fact that somehow the out with the old staff and in with the retarded new.First ,the entising smile from all female workers who never hesitate to show you around to the floor model apartment not far from the management office."Yes the floor model looks great but there's when they get you." The rest of the apartment complex never looks anything like what they appear to advertise on the net or news paper. For example if you are a fit body then this want to be gym isnt for you. Or the pool, "I never seen them drain it or clean it since i've been here. Even the landscape, just look around at the other parts they wish not to show you like over here by the 76 gas station,"it looks like crap!" Needless to say if you have kids that like to unwind at the little playground area then its extremely crowded, dirty, and full of bad stuff. Thats just a little of what to see for yourself if you are new to the over crowed island and want but need something in a hurry to help out your family then you might as well keep shopping. Because everything from the "yes we will help you out" in times of need is bologna. Everybody knows this the most rain oahu has ever had recently since the past three or four years.Well it constantly rain over here which floods the 80 series apartments daily and unstead of them having a suction pump to get all the water up they will put sand bags down for there way of solving the problem! "Hello its not fixed, especially if you have water up to your ankles coming inside of your house!" In conclusion all they do is ask for money money for rent and never fix anything.Especially in the summer time around here the sprinklers never work properly.I have three of them that sprays directly on people at the bus stops and never in the grass like it supposed to. In fact I still got my 1/2 bathroom toilet that they never came to fix and the plumbing here sucks too. Dont besurprised about the tile on the floor because you cant clean it because its cheap.So, for those of you looking for a home or roomates check out apartments in Millilani over by the walmart area."THIS PLACE IS AN UNHEALTHY ENVIRONMENT FOR YOU WHO SERVE IN THE MILITARY AND LOCALS LIKE MYSELF WITH AND WITHOUT FAMILY! I WOULD SUGGEST FINDING A PLACE TO GET YOUR MONEY WORTH! MAHALO
