Review for Eagle Pointe Apartments

I was a great tenant...never made noise or trouble and I was constantly being bombarded with false accusations of noise and numerous attempts to charge me with extra fees, (parking and noise). At one point it got so ridiculous they actually tried to charge me with a fee because I wasn't parked directly in the center of the two yellow lines in a parking spot, but rather too close to one side. I wasn't even touching the yellow line, still probably a good 3 inches away from it. They always take pictures to prove they're right and the picture even validated my side. I told them I wasn't paying their ridiculous fees and finally they agreed, however they screwed me over in the end when I got a laughable $2.00 back of my deposit when I moved out because it needed SO much cleaning....I cleaned that apt. spotless. And as the other review states...not friendly people, clearly have no requirements for PR for office staff. Do I sound bitter? It's because I am....I would never recommend these apts to anyone, these incidences were substantial enough to create a bad taste in my mouth.
