I Can't Believe It!!!

Rented: From 2006 To 2007

So... this last week was a big shocker to me... I just got served a $1200 electricity that was 'all inclusive' in the beginning and somewhere along the lines now I owe this huge sum of money that they are going to "work with me on". GOOD LUCK! So now what?
