Review for Shadow Canyon Apartments

The guy who runs these apartments is extremely shady! We were only a couple of weeks behind on rent because we'd been out of town, but we had an agreement with him to pay it on second Friday of the month. A day after we talked to him, he had an eviction notice on our door. When we tried call him about it, he was impossible to reach. A few days later, he had changed the locks! Idaho eviction law does say that he can give someone a 3 day eviction notice if they are late on rent, but that seems a little extreme. And then Idaho law states that he has to have a police officer there to get the stuff out of the apartment or to change the locks. We've spoken to other people, and theyDO NOT get an apartment here. You will regret it!!!!!
