Review for Collegiate Inn Apartments

I did not enjoy my stay at the collegiate Inn, The internet was mediocre at best (very weak signal), Even though there are "quiet hours" many of the tenants choose to run around during very late hours making a lot of noise. Managment goes to bed before 10 every night and do not wake up or answer the door if you need them to quiet someone down. Various kinds of mold were found growing in our apartment, for over 8 months we went without a smoke alarm until we complained enough to get a new one.If you are not of the LDS faith you will feel slightly uncomfortable seeing as how 90-95% of the tenants are Morman. I was constantly bugged by Missionaries. The parking is okay besides the lack of it. If you do not get home early in the day all the spots will be taken and you will have to park as far as 2 blocks away. The rooms are way too small to share. Some of the apartments are furnished some are not i had to provide my own bed and living room furniture, a thrift store kitchen table and mismatching chairs were provided though. One Fridge for 5 people is not even close to enough freezer capacity. I did however feel very safe living here, the rules are adhered to very strictly concerning Tobacco and alcohol which isn't so fun for a college student like myself. The outlets in the apartments are so loose that i literally had to tape my phone charger to the wall because it kept falling out. Besides the bathroom being spotted with mold the shower head was placed for a 7 year old and I had to bend over to was every part of my body. Cable Tv is provided to the downstairs lounge but the apartments themselves have no access to it. Not to mention the cable downstairs has a parental lock on it so nothing above Pg-13 can be watched, Every person here is at least 18 and able to make their own decisions I dont understand why I cant watch a Rated R movie. the pool table is fun when all the balls are where they are supposed to be. I did not enjoy my stay here and would strongly suggest anyone looking to stay in apartments in pocatello for school to look at the Bengal Creek Apartments.
