Review for College Square Apartments

The website says that the estimated sq. footage is ~450. I measured my apartment and it is 360 sq. feet. The carpet is filthy. I don't think it has ever been washed, not even once.

They advertise high-speed internet, but at best it is a T1 line, which is shared over 30+ apartments. The internet also has a block on games, something not indicated on the website or the contract. I would not choose to live here again. I am extremely disappointed.

You have to park a few blocks away next to the movie theater, which is always full from people going to the movies.

When emailing my complaints to the management, my response in essence was "tough luck." They were no help at all, although they were very polite when they told me they weren't going to do anything . . .
