Review for Heartland Apartment Management Apartments

From the start Wayne Pelhank was what seemed to be like a likeable guy, UNTIL you actually rent from him. Then the horrible times begin! Anytime we had a problem he was never to be found. We had a water leak for 3 days before he came to fix it. Mold was growing and he didn't even care, we left a voicemail everyday, b/c he never answers the phone ALWAYS a message machine answers. THEN if you complain about the neighbors he tells them who is complaining and what they said. The grounds were not kept up, the grass was never cut, the renters never picked up after their pets EVER, nothing was enforced on this. The apartment communal hallways were NEVER vacuumed or cleaned. The trash always piled up around the bins b/c they only came every 2 weeks so garbage was always floating around the premises. Then once you move out you don't get your deposit as stated in your contract..it took 2 months to get ours then he made up stuff about our place & everytime we called we were verbally abused and harrassed by him such as "Get the F*** over it, your check is in the mail"..OVERALL DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PLACES...they are SLUMS!!!
