Review for York Tree Apartments

Please do not move in here, it is very cheap, but not worth it. I work very hard for my money and once you move out they will just try to take more. Do not be fooled. SCARY. I WAS ROBBED, MUGGED AND HAD TO THROW THE BEER CANS AWAY WHEN PEOPLE PARTIED IN THE HALL. A couple of months ago a girl was raped in her own apartment by someone who broke down the door. According to maintenance they are not given the time nor the supplies to do their job properly. None of your neighbors will speak English!! Car tires have been slashed months after moving in along with several others. Fire alarms being pulled by drunken kids just for kicks in the middle of the night. Apartment is really drafty and heat is never properly working. DO NOT TAKE THE ELEVATOR. YOU WILL NOT COME OUT. Cold Cold showers! Sometimes they like to just turn off the water in the middle of day with no notice. DO NOT LIVE ON THE 1ST FLOOR. PEOPLE WILL BREAK IN. If you receive packages ANYONE can just rummage through them and they dont check to see if what you are taking is yours. Cops are ALWAYS there. Hallways smell like crap. Sloppy neighbors. Garbage in the hallways. People throwing up in stairs. Graffiti started to appear on property last summer. Mexicans are always staring at you. I REPEAT FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE INSTEAD OF THESE SLUMS. YORK TREE SHAME ON YOU FOR BEING SLUM LORDS!
