The landlords drive by the apartment on an almost daily basis checking to see if damage has been done to the outside property. It took two months to fix a window, and another two months before a leaky faucet was fixed. They do not deposit checks within the week that you pay, so you have extra money in your account and you wonder why. They make rules that are not in the lease, after you have moved in.
