Very Bad Response To Complaints

Only good thing about this apartment is near to Amdocs and UIUC. Employees in leasing office speak politely but very bad maintenance. No complaints log book. I never get my maintenance done with one complaints. They are very old apartments. They respond to your emergency complaints like roof leaking after 10 days after 4-5 times of leasing office visit.
