Review for University Village Apartments

The apartments in the village are a good size and rent is pretty cheap, but the nieghborhood sucks. People drive by at 3 am with thier bass so loud your windows rattle.People honk thier horns at all times of the day and night and will honk for like 20 min instead of getting out of the car and knocking. Also becuase a majority of the complex is section 8 ther are tons of kids...everywhere. some parents let thier 4 year olds ride thier bikes down the middle of the road and the kids do NOT move for cars. There is alot of gang activities people stand in groups out side and scream and swear 24/7 when it is warm out. DO NOT leave anything thing out side like a bike it will be stolen, and like any other aptment complex in Dekalb tri-state will not hesitate to tow someones car. Maintenece responses pretty quickly although I havent had too many things break. If your low on money it a cheap place to live and the aprtments are nice.
