Apartments are small but fine. Hardwood floors are nice. Stuff is old, old, old, though--shellacked to the point of no return. The buzzer/lock on the security door to my building was broken THREE times in 10 months, meaning that for a couple of days anyone could get anywhere in the building without a key. Plan on calling management at least twice before any issue you have gets resolved, if someone bothers calling you back. I wound up calling the city once about a maintenance issue--only then did someone in the office get back to me. Apartments are sweltering in the summer--if you install an air conditioner, you can maybe run two other lights or appliances at the same time without blowing a fuse. Pilot lights sometimes go out in the winter, so the place smells like natural gas until you relight them. Check around--this company is bad news.
