Review for River Run Apartments

Utilities are all free except electric, which isn't bad if you don't run the air alot in the summer. Gas heating so u don't have to pay for that. Great location on the edge of town. It's right behind the state police department so it's pretty safe. No pets are alowed, but you can have fish or birds. The south view is great because the river is only about 150 yards away. The one bedroom apts. have huge bedrooms and tons of storage space. It's income based renting so if you get rent assistance, it's rediculously cheap. Overall, it's a great place to live. It's far enough away from the University campus that it's quiet, yet close enough to the main bus routes that you wouldn't need a car.
