I've got nice neighbors, and a clean, safe neighborhood. Sometimes I hear the guy upstairs walks around, or some music playing through the walls, but it's not very often. No ghetto kids running around causing trouble in the summer. Just some HUGE spiders and mosquitoes. But the office staff is really nice - maybe because I always pay my rent on time. It seems it's the people who don't pay their rent who like to complain.
