Review for Bayberry Village Apartments

We moved in last Saturday, 1/20/07. I've had to call maintenance 3 times already! First, both tubs were clogged and I was standing in water up to my ankles. My 5 month old daughter's window locks were broken (not safe when we live on the first floor) and cold air was coming in. On behalf of the maintenance man, he did come within hours of my call. Next call was because the garbage disposal was clogged (not due to us) and the light over the sink burned out (not one we are responsible to replace). Maintenance did come same day again. Today I discovered that under my 5 month old's window frame are holes in the wall- cold air is seeping in. Cold air is seeping in around wall outlets and around window frames, slider door and front door. Basically, I was told that I needed to fix the cold air problem myself! This apartment is poorly insulated- don't move here. We even had to buy heaters for our daughters' rooms and they are still cold and we have the heat set at 69. I've lived in 5 different rental properties in a little over 5 years and this one is the worst!!!!
