Review for Excel Property Managment Apartments

Do Not By any Means rent from this scam artist of a landlord. I personally have rented two Properties from this companyover a period of 3 years and have had nothing but problems. The first place i rented from Excel was turned back over to the owner 2 days before we moved out, I cleaned painted and fixed things for a week the house was in better shape than when i obtained the rental. However the owner never returned my calls or letters and stiffed me on a $650.00 Deposite, later i found out this man is a good friend of the owner and operators of excel and they still do business together but Excel claimed to have no alternate contact method and said they were not responsible for the deposite. This is just one little piece of everything that transpired with Excel some other things abbreviated are stolen items from the property, flooding issues that were never addressed , no heat for weeks in the winter, heat on full blast until june when it was over 90 degrees outside!,throwing away of yard items (grill,lawn chairs, ect). The bottom line is DO NOT RENT FROM EXCEL!!!!! They are bad news.
