Review for Donald Alexander Court Apartments

That is how I describe this place to my friends. I don't even know where to begin. Every other week there is something that goes wrong. When we moved in, the floors were scratched and dirty- we had to fight to get them cleaned and then put up with the fumes from the cleaning. They promised to paint the door- still waiting. Our dishwasher, for which they're charging us extra on top of our rent, didn't work for the first 4 months. The water shuts off regularly in the middle of my shower, so I'm usually late to work at least once a week. Right now, we are no longer using our kitchen tap because they screwed up a plumbing job and the water is yellow, even though they keep saying it's fine. Countless other small things have happened which just makes everything worse. And the management! The apartment manager has hung up on me many times, yelled at me on the phone, called us names, and has just been the rudest, most obnoxious person I've ever met, not just the worst manager I've ever met. We don't have the time nor the energy to break the lease, and are just counting the days till we can leave.
