Review for Bon Villa Apartments

I lived in north loop of Chicago, wanted cheaper apartment, affordable parking, ready access to high quality restaurants and within a 20 minutes commute to loop.

Bon Villa gave me the following:
Curb Appeal of Building and safety
Building is land mark status building, with interior and exterior totally rehabbed with condo conversion quality
Management firm is located in the building, placing the hightest priority to security, service and appeal.
Convenience
On each floor of the building there are washers and dryers
The L Train and Metro are three blocks from the building and ride to the Loop is 15 minutes. So, you can have a car but not have to use it to get to work or enjoy the community
Parking is available with spots assigned to the tennant
Down town, Lake Street, Oak Park is three blocks away with restaurants, supermarkets and movie theatres
Express way is 4 blocks away
YMCA is 1/2 block away and other health care lubs are on Lake Street.

All these conveniences, service and condo quality at a great price compared to what i paid in the city.

I noted all the good features.... the negatives.... Building contains only studios and one bedroom units. Because of age of building the apartments are smaller than what you see in new apartments. I didn't need the excess space and had a one bedroom unit.
