Review for Covington Club Apartments

We have been in our apartment for less than an year. Our upstair neighbor is a single guy whose girlfriend visits him often. The walls and ceiling are so weak that we hear them having sex almost all the time. Sometimes it feels that the roof will come down. We have let the management know about it but have not seen much change. Really do not have any concerns with someone else's personal life but you cannot carry on your work when you hear someone having sex 2am in the night and then 6 am again and at odd times during the day and night..

I would not recommend the first floor to anyone..if you do want to rent make sure there are no single guys in the apartment above you as either the construction is poor or the rentee's do not have any apartment etiquettes.

The management needs to be clear to the tenants to maintain decorum and let others live in peace and not create any nuisance.
