Review for Beacon Hill Apartments

Buildings should have a locked main door, but most of them are broken (as are the buzzers), so anyone can walk into the building. Also, there are no security chains, deadbolts, etc. on the units, other than the lock, which would be easy to break in; and there is ABSOLUTELY NO SECURITY PATROL! Office staff are unhelpful, unreliable, unfriendly, and misleading. They don't change the carpet, so apartments look HORRIBLY FILTHY, even though they will tell you the carpets are clean. There are many fees just to move in (including a carpet cleaning fee). Inadequate laundry facilities (2 w/d for 16 or more units?!). There is a pest problem, and they don't spray. Don't expect to get adequate cable service, unless you want to shell out big bucks for a satellite. Buildings need SEVERE remodeling, inside and out. Dumpsters are emptied so infrequently that they often overflow. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! Do not rent from ANY EdwardRose property!!
