They will show you a display apt, which is lovely; however, after you have signed the lease you will find that you apt is poorly painted (ceilings never), cabinets not cleaned, tub/shower filthy. Lots of parties, nosey & noisey neighbors, things missing off patio, several shootings. Diapers, etc in passageways.
