Rented: From 1999 To 2001

I lived at Sunset Lakes for two years and was not impressed with it. Every six months we had to empty the entire kitchen and bathroom for pest control and the company hired to leave the traps wouldn't leave any traps in the unit unless a problem was reported. There was graffiti commonly sprayed on the outside walls. The complex allows pets of all kinds and the owners would allow the dogs to urinate and defacte in the hallways. The neighbors above us were loud with their music at all times. I was always seeing strange people walking through the hallways late at night. One night, I went in the basement (where all the storage closets had been broken into) to do laundry and two men were in there spitting all over the floor.

We left the moment we were able to afford it.
