Used to have a sharp, great staff. Now they are either rude, or completely ignore your expressed concerns or maintenance requests.

I totally agree. The new management has been rude and completely ignored our maintenance request also. We had water leaking through the foundation into our apartment closet spreading into our bedroom. It stinked of mildew and started to grow mold on the walls. It took maintenance almost 1 month to come fix it after confronting them numerous time. I am not renewing my lease with them. I can't wait to move out of this property!
