This place is really bad! Landlords don't get along for your wishes! Something breaks, they keep postpone up with excuses. Jason Stoops as Stupid Liar, the landlord is often a liar! They really don't care how clean it was. They rather blames at the tenants that make a mess. Not even himself to fix a repairs during the lease or before new tenants moves in. Most stuff are old! Bad entrance doors! 1st floor always cold! BAD heater! BAD water heater always goes out.
