Review for Metz Redevelopment Apartments

Dan's an idiot who's served time in the military, so he's a self-proclaimed hot-shot who thinks he can do whatever he wants...or choose not to do. Want something fixed? Good luck. He'll do a half-assed job and call it quits. Don't be surprised if he comes to your door drunk and yelling. I moved in and within a month, we had those red-papers stuck all over the building from the water department stating the water would be shut off because of no payment for over six months. He says that he does background checks on people and doesn't accept convicted felons, but there have been at least three that have lived here since I moved in. Don't rent from this guy unless you only care about the decent rate for the apartment...
